We will build a website maintenance plan into many of the websites we build and we also maintain many others, could your website use a quick update or security check? Do you need something fixed or new information added? We can provide a simple maintenance plan to match your requirements.

Websites do require ongoing maintenance to ensure security and technology are kept up to date, this helps to ensure the ongoing smooth running of your website. We offer two options for ongoing support which are detailed below. They are designed to give you the peace of mind that if an issue occurs with your website you can simply pick up the phone and things will be resolved.

Monthly Plan

As it sounds you just pay for the support you use at a set monthly rate. We will set an agreed level for monthly support and charge a monthly fee. As part of the support agreement we will also produce a quarterly report on your website which includes a technical review, suggestions for content improvement, security review, social networking review and a functional review. This report ensures that you can keep on top of how your website is performing and if there is room for improvement going forward. Every quarter we will also undertake a security audit of the site to help prevent hackers attacking your site.

Pay as you go

As it sounds you just pay for the support you use at our standard rate. We will set an agreed upper level for monthly support in our information system (this allows us to monitor all work carried out for you in real time). In the eventuality we reach the maximum monthly support hours we will notify you and with full details of what has been carried out and what is required to complete the task. This ensures you get no unexpected bills. If agreed we can also produce a report (quarterly or bi-annual) on your website which includes a technical review, suggestions for content improvement, security review, social networking review and a functional review. This report ensures that you can keep on top of how your website is performing and if there is room for improvement going forward. A report takes two hours to produce charged at our standard rate. We advise that very quarter we will undertake a security audit of the site to help prevent hackers attacking your site, this takes approximately two hours to carry out and is charged at our standard rate.

Here’s how we work:

A client sends us their update (which can include text, images or videos)

We review the content and confirm we have what we need to carry out the request

The update is applied to the client’s website and an email dispatched to the client informing them the work has been completed. Revisions are carried out if required until the client is 100% satisfied.
